Terms & Conditions

• All rates are on twin sharing basis i.e. each room is occupied by two individuals. Rooms for Single Occupancy would result in additional charges.
• Only the meals, room amenities, transportation and facilities mentioned in the itinerary are included in the package.
• An additional 5.0% of Govt. tax is applicable to the original package amount. (The Govt. tax are liable to variation in accordance with the new Govt. policies).
• The Package rates are not valid during festivals, long weekends, national holidays and new year season.
• Anytime during the booking of the package the customer can add or remove any components of the original packages and customize it as per choice.
• The final itinerary would be what the customer will see.
• The customer hereby agrees that customized package is per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category and type of service shall be entertained by Hindustan Journey
• The booking of the final combined package shall be subject to availability.
• The final price is as per inclusions selected by the customers. In case customer has changed any components, same will be updated in price. Customer’s final confirmation will have exact components which was selected and reviewed by the customer while booking the package.
• The final price of the same package combination may vary from time to time and shall not be fixed. Any claims on the package price shall not be entertained.
• Maximum of 3 persons are allowed in one room.
• An additional mattress or a roll-away bed will be provided for the third person sharing the room. It may vary as per hotels.
• In case of any unavailability in the listed hotels arrangement Hindustan Journey will try to provide alternate accommodation in hotel of similar standard.
• This package cannot be combined with any other offer of Hindustan Journey
• Refund on cancellation depends upon the concerned hotel’s/airlines cancellation policy.
• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

 

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

• If in case you wish to pre-pone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
• We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ pre-pone once (In case you inform 15 days advance through mail). However after the first time additional charges will be levied
• Within 15 to 7 days to your journey any pre-pone/postpone case company will charge 10% of the total package cost.
• Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/off season time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
• We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

• 20% at the time of Reservation.
• 60% payment is to be made 20 days prior to the date of start of services.
• Remaining amount is on arrival.
• Payment should be made in favour of “Hindustan Journey Pvt. Ltd.”

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

 

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
