Shimla:

Dalhousie

Dalhousie is a charming hill station known for its colonial architecture, lush green landscapes, and pleasant climate. Key attractions include:

  • Khajjiar: Often referred to as the "Mini Switzerland of India," Khajjiar is a small town located about 24 kilometers from Dalhousie. It features:

    • Khajjiar Lake: A picturesque lake surrounded by meadows and forests, ideal for picnicking and nature walks.
    • Khajji Nag Temple: An ancient temple dedicated to the serpent god, located near the lake. The temple’s architecture and surrounding scenery are noteworthy.

Khajjiar:

  • Khajjiar, often a day-trip destination from Dalhousie, is renowned for its lush green meadows and picturesque landscapes. Key features include:

  • Meadow of Khajjiar: A vast expanse of green, surrounded by dense forests and snow-capped peaks. It’s perfect for outdoor activities such as horse riding and zorbing.
  • Golf Course: A small 9-hole golf course amidst scenic surroundings, providing a tranquil setting for golf enthusiasts.

Day 1: Delhi - Shimla

On arrival at Delhi airport/railway  station pick up by our cab & move to Shimla. Reach in Shimla check in hotel , dinner & over night stay hotel.

 

Day 2: Shimla - kufri - Shimla

After breakfast proceed to visit Kufri via visiting Green Valley, Wild Flower Hall, Hali Pad, Indira Tourist Park and Mini Zoo. Kufri India’s one of the best holiday paradise in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an attitude of 2262 meters. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla Town – “ The Mall & The Ridge”.Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 3: Shimla - Kullu - Manali

After breakfast check out hotel and transfer to manali . On the way you visit to BSL Lake at Sunder Nagarm,Pandoh Dam,Hanogi Mata ,Kullu Valley,Beas River ,Vaishnoo Mata. After that you reach at Manali  check in hotel dinner and over night stay at hotel.

 

Day 4: Manali 

After breakfast visiting to  Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Vashist Hot Water Spring, Vashist Temple, Tibetian Monastary and Van Vihar. Evening free toexplore the Shopping malls of Manali. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

Day 5: Manali - Solang Valley

After breakfast at hotel proceed for full day Solang Valley sightseeing . Solang Valley” is a splendid valley between Solang Village. Solang Valley offers the view of glaciers and snow capped mountain peaks. The adventure sports i.e. Paragliding, , Zorbing, Cable Car Riding (up to mountain top) can be done there.  Evening Back to hotel dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

Day 6: Manali - Dharamshala

After breakfast check out hotel and proceed to Dharamshala  . evening reach at Dharamshala  check in hotel dinner  and over night stay at hotel .

 

Day 7: Dharamshala - Dalhousie

After Breakfast check out from hotel and visit dharamshala sight seeing. After that drive from Dharamshala towards Dalhousie  Reach Dalhousie in the evening. O/N Hotel

 

Day 8 : Dalhousie - Khajjiar

After breakfast at hotel  and move to Dalhousie has been named after the British Governor - General of the l9th century, Lord Dalhousie. Surrounded by varied vegetation - pines, dodders, oaks and flowering rhododendron.  Local sightseeing of Dalhousie includes visit to Panjipula, Subhash Baoli and excursion to Khajjiar 24 km fro Dalhousies u rrounded by thick Deodar forest. After that Back to hotel doinner and over night stay at hotel

 

Day 9: Dalhousie- Delhi drop

After Breakfast check out from hotel and  move  Delhi,  drop  airport / railway station
